May 2010. Stephanie died peacefully on 19th April after a short stay in hospital. She had been suffering from acute cervical cancer. Fred will continue to run the business to the best of his ability. The web site is slowly getting under control again as he tries to take over some of Stephanie's responsibilities, and learns some of the mysteries of Dreamweaver.

Cavalcade 75, the 1975 steam pass of 150 years of steam at Shildon: many great locomotives including Locomotion, Gordon, Morayshire, Cookham Manor, Fenchurch, GWR Pannier Tank, Sir Nigel Gresley, Stirling No. 1, Terrier, B.R. Hi-Speed Train, and many others. c. 200 feet colour silent. This is a copy of the original so colour is not too good. Excellent condition in original box. (25342) £20.

Champion Charlie, Charlie Chaplin, No wonder Charlie becomes the champion boxer - with a horseshoe concealed in his glove. Very amusing. c. 200 feet b/w. Excellent in Pyramid Dixons box. (24676) £10.

Music Men, Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, c. 200 feet black and white sound, excellent condition. Happy at leaving the Foreign Legion, Stan and Ollie do a delightful song and dance routine to "Shine On, Harvest Moon". Finding themselves in gaol for desertion, they continue their impromptu music on the iron bedstead, which is transformed by Stan into a wonderful harp. (24170) £25.

Switzerland, 1957, Tschiertschen and Brig, a good film of a Scout holiday, excellent condition, 300 ft. colour on 400 ft. Cyldon spool in can and box. (21284) £8.

Brighouse Charity Gala and Parade c. 1960, parade and Gala scenes, family scenes in garden, lots of larking about, young children with their pets, quite well done though too much camera movement. c. 200 ft. colour silent. (22235) £9.

Ibiza 72, well made feature on the island of Ibiza as it was in 1972. Music sound track (good) with brief commentary spots. 400 feet colour magnetic sound. Excellent condition. (24971) £20.

Scenes around Airborough, Leeds, good local scenes, 50 feet Kodachrome, well done, excellent condition. (25322) £2.

Sealed Knot - The Siege Of Warwick Castle, filmed in the 1960s, beautiful Kodachrome, perfect exposure, generally well photographed. A cast of thousands in a beautiful setting, beautiful colourful costumes, canon, rifles, stacks of action. Was originally made to be shown with taped sound track, which is now lost. c. 400 feet, colour, silent, excellent condition. (25335) £40.

Sealed Knot Film. Part I - The Siege Of Skipton Castle dull day caused some under exposure, but an excellent record of the event. Part II - Skipton Interlude shows the cast in the town of Skipton. Part III - The Battle Of Rowton Heath, Skipton - better weather gives the Kodachrome a chance to show its qualities. A splendid film. c. 400 feet colour silent. Originally produced with sound track on tape but this is now lost. (25336) £30.

Sealed Knot Film. Part I - The Battle Of Marston Moor (at Marston Moor). Part II - The Battle Of Siwards How (Siege Of York). Part III - Revelry st St. Johns College, York. Part IV - Banquet at Kings Manor, York. Part V - Commemorative March To Tockwith (Sun Inn to resored monument). c. 400 feet colour silent. Originally made with sound on tape, which is now lost. Excellent condition except for two indoor parts which are partly under exposed. The whole film is an excellent record of the event. (25337) £30.
