Goko Sound Editor RM3B, takes 600 foot maximum spool size,
10 watt 6 volt standard lamp, screen size 100 mm. x 75 mm., plays
back at 18 and 24 f.p.s., variable speed over-ride, powered film
advance. viewing is better in subdued light, short mains lead, soft
cover, copy of instructions, excellent condition. (25039) £125.
Minette Viewer Editor Super/Single Eight, for 115 volt
supply, 400 ft. max. spool, small bright screen gives sharp
picture, proper gate and punch which marks edge of film at actual
frame in view, 10w 6v normal lamp, wind geared down, rewind geared
up, regarded by many as the best. (21473) £29.50.
Minette Viewer Editor Model S4, regarded by many users as
the best editor. Proper projector-type gate holds the film in focus
all the time, proper punch marks the frame in view, screen size 95
mm. x 70 mm., quite bright, wind on geared down, rewind direct,
framing knob, no light switch. Uses 10 watt 6 volt standard lamp.

Erno Director 8 mm. Movie Editor, 400 foot maximum spools,

screen not very bright, use subdued room lighting, projector style
gate, good frame marker, light switch, focus and frame controls,

Minette Viewer Editor Eight, 400 foot maximum spool size,
10 watt 6 volt standard lamp, wind on geared down, rewind geared up,
usual Minette gate and frame punch, an early model, not quite as good
as the later version, but still good. Needs subdued room lighting.

Splicers

splicer or a tape splicer, you may find Pieces

Agfa F8S Super 8 Tape Splicer, mint condition in original
box with copy instructions. (25480) £14.
Agfa F8S Automatic Super 8 Tape Splicer, original Agfa
tapes are hard to find now, but it works well with QuikSplice tapes.
Near mint condition with instructions. (25170) £20.
Cineman L Cement Splicer for Standard 8 and 16 mm., good
quality conventional splicer similar to typical Japanese design, but
made from diecastings. Looks unused. Original instructions and box.

Dixons Tape Splicer for Super 8, in original packet with
instructions, uses Quik Splice tapes. (25535) £11.
Fujica Single 8 Tape Splicer, in our opinion this is the
best Super 8 tape splicer. Uses a pre-perforated roll of splices,
still available. A part-used roll is included. Near mint condition,
worn original box, copy instructions. (25535) £25.

Muray Super 8 Automatic Cement Splicer in original box with

Noris Splicomatic Bevel Cement Splicer for standard 8 and
16 mm. A fine machine but this example is not working perfectly. It
will produce the finest bevel cement splices but the "automatic"
button has been strained. Film plates must be lifted manually.
Cosmetic condition is mint, in original box and packing with copy

Noris Splicomatic 8/16, a rare late version of this superb
splicer for standard 8 and 16 mm. film. It appears to have been
introduced in 1965 after Super 8 came out. Produces bevel cement
splices accurately, easily, and quickly. I used the earlier version
for many years, it was my first precision splicer. This machine is in
near mint condition. (24969) £40.
Paillard Bolex 16 mm. Bevel Cement Splicer, sophisticated
design which has never worked as well as it should in my opinion.
