Design and operation of the PRAKTICA
MTL3 is nearly like that of the PRAKTICA super
TL3 with the one exception that the MTL3 is provided with a steel
blade focal plane shutter of still increased speed: from 1/1000 sec.
to 1 sec. For longer exposure tiimes the B-setting is used.Moreover,
the MTL3 is fitted with a self-timer.
