Hornsea is a small resort on the Yorkshire coast,
north of Hull and south of Bridlington. It is within easy reach of
Beverley, while Scarborough is less than an hour away. For bird watchers,
nature lovers and ramblers, there are Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough
Head, as well as Spurn Point (access restricted there when the road
is washed away).

Parish Church
The parish church is at the Southgate end of Newbegin
(opposite end to the Marriott shop).

Hornsea Carnival
There's a lot going on, especially in the summer,
including the Hornsea Carnival, Family Fun Day and to brighten the
dark days of December there is the switch-on of the Christmas lights
at the end of November.
